The idea was born out of a firsthand experience involving the purchase of a sealed Pokémon Neo Destiny booster box. When doubts arose about the box's authenticity and the seller failed to provide convincing proof, a CT scan was conducted in collaboration with a specialized laboratory. The scan revealed the product to be counterfeit — an experience that highlighted a critical gap in the European market.
Following consultations with industry experts, it became evident that no accessible, non-invasive verification service existed for sealed collectibles in Europe. This realization led to the creation of a service dedicated entirely to solving that problem.
